Local government units that received Coronavirus Relief Fund money must review their expenditures within 30 days to identify amounts eligible for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) reimbursement.

Local government units must seek FEMA reimbursement for eligible expenditures and notify the commissioner of management and budget within seven calendar days after making the determination.

Any FEMA reimbursement received by a local government unit must be forwarded to the commissioner of management and budget within 14 days of receipt.

Both sections become effective the day following final enactment.
