Appropriates $85,751 to Steven Kulkay for permanent injuries to his left index, middle, ring, and little fingers while performing assigned duties at Minnesota Correctional Facility - Faribault, including compensation for loss of income and refunding of claim fees.

Appropriates $5,600 to Michael Schmidt for fractures to two vertebrae while performing assigned duties at Minnesota Correctional Facility - Rush City, and $43,200 as a minimum partial permanent disability award to James Vandevender for injuries at the same facility.
