Defines "global positioning system starter interrupt device" (GPS starter interrupt device) as a remotely operable device that disables a motor vehicle's ignition, including fuel or ignition kill switches.

Adds fuel or ignition kill switches to the statutory definition of "theft deterrent device" for motor vehicle contracts.

Requires sellers to disclose in writing whether a GPS starter interrupt device is installed on a motor vehicle prior to contract execution, regardless of whether a charge is included for the device.

Mandates disclosure documents be in at least 10-point type and contained in a single separate document distinct from the retail installment contract and other vehicle purchase documents.

Effective August 1, 2022, and applies to motor vehicle retail installment contracts executed on or after that date.
