Appropriates $250,000 from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Austin for a regional public television station.

Grant funds may be used to acquire land, predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip the television station facility in Austin.

This appropriation is in addition to a previous appropriation for the same purposes authorized in Laws 2018, chapter 214, article 1, section 21, subdivision 5.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $250,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Effective the day following final enactment.
