Requires classroom teachers to make syllabi electronically available to students and parents within the first two weeks of the school term for all kindergarten through grade 12 classes.

Syllabi must include a term overview, outline of topics to be covered, and identify learning materials including textbooks and their order of coverage.

Teachers must update the syllabus during the term if modifications are necessary due to student pace, student interests, or other pedagogical reasons.

A new syllabus must be made available if the teacher of record changes.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 120B.20 regarding parental curriculum reviews.
