Requires all motor vehicles owned or leased by the Metropolitan Airports Commission to be all-electric vehicles by December 31, 2030

Exempts vehicles when an all-electric vehicle is not available for purchase or lease at the time of acquisition

Exempts vehicles determined unsuitable for necessary public safety functions including snow removal, fire protection, and law enforcement, as determined by the commissioner of public safety

Requires the commission to obtain a determination from the commissioner of public safety each time seeking an exemption under this section

Effective the day following final enactment and applies to motor vehicle acquisitions made on or after January 1, 2022
