Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 645.44, subdivision 5 to add Juneteenth, June 19, to the list of state holidays.

When Juneteenth falls on Sunday, the following day becomes a holiday; when it falls on Saturday, the preceding day becomes a holiday.

Prohibits public business from being conducted on Juneteenth except in cases of necessity and except for legislative activities, and prohibits service of civil process on this holiday.

Requires any agreement between a public employer and employee organization that cites Veterans Day as the fourth Monday in October to be amended to cite November 11 instead.
