Extends the effective date for mandatory reporting requirements for certain youth recreation program employees from June 1, 2022 to June 1, 2023.

Extends the legislative task force on child protection deadline to introduce legislation modifying mandatory reporting requirements for private or public youth recreation programs from February 15, 2022 to February 15, 2023.

Changes the task force member term expiration from even-numbered years to odd-numbered years following appointment.

Extends initial task force appointment deadline from July 15, 2021 to July 15, 2022 and first meeting convening deadline from August 15, 2021 to August 15, 2022.

Extends the task force sunset date and final reporting deadline to December 31, 2025 and February 1, 2024 respectively.
