Requires persons who received a stay of adjudication under section 609.095, paragraph (b), for charges involving criminal sexual conduct, indecent exposure, or related offenses to register as predatory offenders.

Applies to stays of adjudication for violations of sections 243.166, 609.342, 609.343, 609.344, 609.345, 609.3451 subdivision 3, 609.3453, 617.246, and 617.247.

Allows courts to waive the registration requirement only if the offender is a juvenile and the court finds on the record that there is good cause for the waiver.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2021 Supplement, section 243.166, subdivision 1b, to add a new subsection (e) establishing the registration requirement for stays of adjudication.
