Expands the definition of "practice of pharmacy" to allow licensed pharmacists to collect specimens, interpret results, and notify patients of laboratory test results without requiring prior protocol or collaborative practice agreements.

Permits pharmacists to administer influenza vaccines and COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 vaccines to individuals age six and older, and all other vaccines to patients 13 years and older, with written protocol from a physician, physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse.

Allows pharmacy technicians and pharmacist interns to administer vaccines under direct in-person supervision if they complete immunization training and hold current basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification.

Requires medical assistance to cover vaccines initiated, ordered, or administered by licensed pharmacists at the same rate as coverage for services provided by other licensed practitioners, effective January 1, 2023, or upon federal approval.
