Adds lead remediation costs to long-term facilities maintenance revenue calculations for school districts (effective fiscal year 2023) and charter schools, allowing these costs to be counted toward state funding.

Requires the Commissioner of Health to report to legislature by January 1, 2025, and every five years thereafter on whether to change the lead remediation threshold based on current scientific evidence.

Appropriates funds for grants to American Indian Tribal contract schools to conduct lead testing and remediation in drinking water systems.
