Amends Minnesota Statutes section 177.253 to clarify that "adequate time" for restroom breaks within each four consecutive hours of work must include reasonable travel time to and from restroom facilities.

Establishes new warehouse distribution worker safety requirements applicable to employers with 100+ employees at a single location or 1,000+ employees statewide in warehouses defined by specific NAICS codes (general warehousing, merchant wholesalers, and electronic shopping/mail-order houses).

Requires employers to provide written notice of all quotas to employees upon hire or within 30 days, including specific productivity standards and potential adverse employment actions for failure to meet quotas.

Prohibits quotas that prevent employees from taking meal and rest periods, using restroom facilities with travel time, or complying with occupational health and safety standards, and bars adverse employment action for quota failures due to these requirements.

Grants employees the right to request and receive copies of their personal work speed data from the past 90 days; employers must provide this data when disciplining or terminating an employee for quota failures, with mandatory investigations triggered by injury rates 1.5 times higher than industry average.
