Amends Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter 10, article 1, section 2, subdivision 6 to modify vocational rehabilitation appropriations.

Changes extended employment services funding for persons with severe disabilities from $8,995,000 annually to $8,995,000 in the first year and $11,280,000 in the second year from the general fund, with $6,830,000 each year from the workforce development fund.

Designates $2,000,000 each year from general fund appropriations to maintain prior rate increases for extended employment services providers.

Appropriates $2,555,000 annually for grants to employment support programs for persons with mental illness.

Allocates $3,011,000 each year for grants to centers for independent living and $1,000,000 annually from the workforce development fund for employment services for deaf, deafblind, and hard-of-hearing persons.
