Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 168.123, subdivision 2, to add a new category of special license plates for Jewish war veterans.

Jewish war veteran plates must bear the inscription "JEWISH WAR VETERANS OF AMERICA" and include a facsimile or emblem as designated by the commissioners of veterans affairs and public safety.

Applies to existing statutory framework for veterans' special license plates that already covers Vietnam veterans, Pearl Harbor survivors, World War II veterans, Korean Conflict veterans, and recipients of various military medals including Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Silver Star.

Requires the commissioner of veterans affairs to design the emblem for the plates, subject to approval by the commissioner of public safety.
