Appropriates $30,000,000 from bond proceeds fund to the Metropolitan Council for the F Line bus rapid transit project.

Funds cover predesign, design, engineering, environmental analysis, right-of-way acquisition, and construction for arterial bus rapid transit corridor from downtown Minneapolis to Northtown Transit Center in Blaine.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $30,000,000 per Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
