Authorizes the Minnesota Board of Nursing to recognize nursing licenses issued by other states or U.S. territories for spouses of active duty armed forces members as a licensure privilege to practice in Minnesota.

Requires licensure standards in the issuing state to be substantially the same as Minnesota's standards, and the nurse must have no adverse actions, prior refusals in Minnesota, or participation in alternative diversion programs.

Requires nurses practicing under this privilege to report employment to a hospital, clinic, or other Minnesota health care institution within ten days and maintain a board-provided form.

Subjects nurses practicing under this privilege to the same obligations, disciplinary actions, and regulatory authority as Minnesota-licensed nurses, including cease and desist orders and corrective actions.

Authorizes the board to recover costs of proceedings from nurses practicing under this privilege and requires prompt reporting of any disciplinary actions to the licensing board of the state that issued the nurse's license.
