$1,750,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to Dodge County for improvements at the Wasioja Historic District seminary ruins

Funds cover predesign, design, and construction for stabilization of the seminary ruins, a walkway to the middle of the ruins, property acquisition in the district, and a fence surrounding the ruins

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,750,000 to fund the appropriation

Appropriation becomes available only after the commissioner determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project

Effective the day following final enactment
