Increases maximum per diem compensation from unspecified rates to $125 per day for members of seven natural resource boards, councils, and commissions.

Affected entities include the Minnesota State Parks and Trails Commission, Minnesota Zoological Board, Minnesota Outdoor Heritage Council, Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, Pollution Control Agency council, Public Utilities Commission, and Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources.

Changes apply to appointed citizen or public members only; legislative members and state agency representatives retain existing compensation structures.

Maintains all other membership terms, appointment procedures, and removal provisions currently in statute for each board and commission.
