Redirects accrued interest from broker trust accounts (less transaction costs) to the housing trust fund account rather than general state revenue.

Applies the same Minnesota Housing Finance Agency designation to manufactured home relocation trust fund payments and reporting requirements across three statute sections.

Requires the Department of Health to provide annually by March 31 a list of licensed manufactured home parks and lot information to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for invoicing purposes.
