Appropriates $15,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the adjutant general for the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard at Duluth Air National Guard Base

Authorizes demolition and removal of three old single-bay aircraft shelters and construction of one new three-bay universal aircraft parking shelter

Directs the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $15,000,000 according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7

Takes effect the day following final enactment
