Extends the deadline for bond sale authorization and appropriation of bond proceeds for the Glendalough State Park Visitor and Trail Center from the original deadline to December 31, 2026.

Appropriates an additional $500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for predesign, design, and construction of the Visitor and Trail Center at Glendalough State Park.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $500,000 to fund the appropriation in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

The original 2018 appropriation of $750,000 for the project remains in effect with the extended deadline.
