Amends the description of Legislative Route 25 in Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 161.114, subdivision 2.

Changes Route 25 endpoint from "west of Big Lake and east of Becker" to "at west of Big Lake and east of Becker" and adds "the Big Lake and Becker area" to communities served.

Effective date is conditional upon an agreement between the commissioner of transportation and Sherburne County to transfer jurisdiction of the portion of Legislative Route 25 from County State-Aid Highway 11 to marked U.S. Highway 10.

Commissioner must send notice to the revisor of statutes electronically or in writing confirming that all conditions for the route transfer have been satisfied before the amendment takes effect.
