Appropriates $7,438,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for road and bridge improvements in Savage.

Funds will be used to expand Quentin Avenue and reconstruct two railroad bridges that cross over Quentin Avenue, including predesign, design, construction, and equipment costs.

Appropriation is contingent upon the commissioner of management and budget confirming sufficient project funding commitment under Minnesota Statutes section 16A.502.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $7,438,000 to provide the appropriated funds, following procedures in Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
