Maintains existing restrictions that unemployment insurance data are private or nonpublic and cannot be disclosed except through district court order or statute, with limited exceptions for specified agencies.

Creates a new category (18) in the data sharing authorization list specifically authorizing attorney general access for conducting investigations related to worker misclassification and wage violations.
