Appropriates $10,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2023 to purchase Minnesota-produced or grown products for humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Commissioner of Administration must distribute aid as quickly as possible to Ukraine's democratically elected president or neighboring democratic countries' leaders for the benefit of Ukrainian people.

Commissioner of Administration must consult with the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development and Commissioner of Agriculture to identify Minnesota products for purchase.

Commissioner of Administration is authorized to accept gifts and grants to supplement the state humanitarian aid program.

Commissioner of Administration must submit monthly reports to Senate finance committee chairs and House ways and means committee chairs on fund usage and grants received.
