Adds employer immunity provision prohibiting liability for damages when employees administer opioid antagonists in accordance with existing law.

Expands good samaritan immunity to include persons acting in concert with someone seeking medical assistance for drug overdose, in addition to those directly seeking assistance.

Extends immunity to cover third-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter charges related to drug overdose incidents when evidence results from seeking medical assistance.

Prevents arrest at overdose scenes for persons immune from prosecution, even when outstanding arrest warrants exist for the same offenses from past incidents.

Prohibits use of evidence obtained from drug overdose scenes in criminal prosecutions against persons qualifying for immunity under the statute, effective August 1, 2022.
