Adds a definition of "public assistance program" to Minnesota Statutes section 363A.03, encompassing federal, state, or local assistance including rental assistance, rent supplements, and housing choice vouchers.

Prohibits owners, lessees, managing agents, and other persons involved in renting or leasing real property from refusing to rent or discriminating based on a person's status with regard to public assistance or participation in/requirements of a public assistance program.

Extends discrimination protections to real estate brokers, salespersons, and their agents, making it unlawful to refuse to sell, rent, or lease property or discriminate in terms and conditions based on public assistance status or participation.

Prohibits printing, circulating, or posting advertisements, applications, or records that express any limitation or discrimination regarding public assistance status in connection with the sale, rental, or lease of real property.

Applies the public assistance protections consistently across all three amended subdivisions of Minnesota Statutes section 363A.09.
