Amends Minnesota Statutes section 35.155, subdivision 14, to clarify that the Commissioner of Natural Resources and the Board of Animal Health possess concurrent authority to regulate farmed white-tailed deer.

Specifies that concurrent authority is limited to regulation under section 35.155, sections 35.92 to 35.96, and related administrative rules, and does not confer additional authorities under chapter 35.

Requires the Commissioner of Natural Resources and Board of Animal Health to jointly submit a report by February 1, 2022, to legislative committees with jurisdiction over environment, natural resources, and agriculture.

Report must include a summary of how agencies worked together, identification of challenges, assessment of ongoing chronic wasting disease management challenges, and recommendations for statutory and programmatic changes.
