Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 176.011, subdivision 18, to modify weekly wage calculations for workers' compensation purposes.

Establishes a new provision for agricultural workers employed fewer than 30 calendar days per year who have concurrent employment or work for multiple employers.

Agricultural workers meeting these criteria shall have weekly wages calculated using either five times their daily agricultural wage or their other concurrent employment wages, whichever amount is higher.
