Appropriates $750,000 in fiscal year 2023 from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Neighborhood House, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Grant funds support predesign and design of an integrated programming center in St. Paul providing food support, education, and community gathering opportunities, plus other services.

Appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

This is designated as a onetime appropriation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
