Instructs the revisor of statutes to renumber nine sections of Minnesota Statutes related to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Minnesota food assistance program.

Renumbers five subdivisions of section 256D.051 (subdivisions 20-24) to become subdivisions 1-5 of section 256D.60.

Renumbers sections 256D.0512, 256D.0515, 256D.0516, and 256D.053 to sections 256D.61, 256D.62, 256D.63, and 256D.64 respectively.

Requires the revisor to make necessary grammatical and cross-reference changes consistent with the renumbering.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 256D.055, which previously authorized counties to develop and implement work focus programs for first-time Minnesota family investment program applicants.
