Appropriates $1,200,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for design, engineering, and construction of the Grindstone River dam replacement at Hinckley.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,200,000 to fund the appropriation.

Bond issuance shall comply with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
