Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 465.50 to increase the annual Memorial Day observance spending limit for cities from $300 to $9,000 per each 75,000 of population.

Authorizes city councils to spend funds from the city treasury for aiding in the appropriate observance of Memorial Day on the last Monday in May and commemoration of soldiers' deeds.

The 30-fold increase in spending authority applies on a per-capita basis, allowing larger cities proportionally greater budgets for Memorial Day activities.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
