Expands Minnesota Statutes section 160.27, subdivision 7 to allow advertisements, public art, and informational signs on micromobility facilities (racks, docking stations, battery charging stations, and storage facilities) in statutory or home rule charter cities, subject to road authority permit approval and safety requirements.

Adds new subdivision 7a to section 160.27 authorizing advertisements, public art, and informational signs on shared electric vehicle facilities (parking spaces equipped to recharge or swap all-electric vehicle batteries) in statutory or home rule charter cities, subject to road authority permit approval and safety requirements.

Defines "micromobility device" in section 169.011, subdivision 40b as a vehicle capable of human power or electric motor propulsion (not exceeding 30 miles per hour) with an unloaded weight up to 500 pounds, including bicycles, motorized scooters, electric personal assistive mobility devices, and motorized bicycles meeting specified requirements.

Requires all advertisements, public art, and informational signs authorized under these provisions to comply with terms and conditions imposed by the authorizing road authority.
