Appropriates $3,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2023 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Isuroon, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Funds are designated for predesign, design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping of property located at 1600 Lake Street, South Minneapolis.

Grant supports Isuroon's mission to provide support to immigrant women and mental health counseling services.

Appropriation is a onetime grant available until June 30, 2024.

Effective the day following final enactment.
