Requires persons responsible for intermediate blends of gasoline and biofuel to report monthly to the director on or before the 23rd day of each month.

Monthly reports must specify the gross number of gallons of intermediate blends sold at retail during the preceding calendar month, identified by blend type.

Defines "intermediate blends" as gasoline and biofuel blends with biofuel content greater than 10 percent and no more than 50 percent by volume, excluding denaturants and other permitted components.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 239.791, subdivision 8, to establish the reporting requirement.

Effective July 1, 2022.
