Exempts the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families and federally recognized Indian Tribes from court fees for child support enforcement or modification, medical assistance enforcement, and establishment of parentage cases.

Exempts the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families and Indian Tribes from court fees for civil commitment cases under chapter 253B and public conservator or guardian appointments.

Exempts the Office of Ombudsperson for American Indian Families and Indian Tribes from court fees for relief under chapters 256, 257, 260, 260A, 260B, 260C, 260D, and 518, and sections 524.5-201 to 524.5-317.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2021 Supplement, section 357.021, subdivision 1a to add a new paragraph (e) establishing these exemptions.
