Appropriates $4,900,000 from state transportation fund bonds to Scott County for local road improvements at U.S. Highway 169 and Marked Trunk Highway 282 interchange in Jordan, including bicycle/pedestrian accommodations, rail grade separation, and utility relocations.

Appropriates $4,200,000 from trunk highway fund bonds to Scott County for trunk highway improvements at the same Jordan interchange, including bicycle/pedestrian accommodations and bridge and road construction.

Appropriates $4,600,000 from state transportation fund bonds to Scott County and Sand Creek Township for local road improvements supporting a U.S. Highway 169 overpass project at Bluff Drive, including bicycle/pedestrian accommodations and rail safety.

Appropriates $2,500,000 from state transportation fund bonds to Scott County and St. Lawrence Township for local road improvements supporting a U.S. Highway 169 interchange project at County State-Aid Highway 59 (Delaware Avenue), including bicycle/pedestrian accommodations and rail safety.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $15,200,000 in state bonds to fund these appropriations, effective the day following final enactment.
