City of Boy River must receive its withheld 2021 aid payment under Minnesota Statutes section 477A.013 that was previously withheld under section 477A.017, subdivision 3.

City of Boy River must receive its withheld 2021 small city assistance payment under Minnesota Statutes section 162.145 that was previously withheld under section 162.145, subdivision 3, paragraph (c).

State Auditor must certify to the Commissioner of Revenue that the city submitted its annual financial reporting form for 2020 by June 1, 2022 in order to release the withheld payments.

Commissioner of Revenue must make a payment of $19,578 to the city by June 30, 2022.

Provision is effective the day following final enactment.
