City of Bena must receive its withheld 2021 local government aid payment under Minnesota Statutes section 477A.013, provided the state auditor certifies receipt of the city's 2020 annual financial reporting form by June 1, 2022.

City of Bena must receive its withheld 2021 small city assistance payment under Minnesota Statutes section 162.145, subject to the same reporting requirement.

Commissioner of revenue must make a payment of $43,774 to the city by June 30, 2022.

Effective date is the day following final enactment.
