Increases the authorization for Little Falls to use local sales tax revenues for a community recreational facility project from $17,000,000 to $30,000,000.

Facility includes a gymnasium with indoor track, multipurpose meeting and educational spaces, office and storage space, and outdoor aquatic recreational facilities with future expansion capability.

Increases bonding authority for the city of Little Falls from $17,000,000 to $30,000,000 to finance all or part of the project costs under Minnesota Statutes chapter 475.

Bonds are exempt from debt limitations and levy limitations applicable to the city and do not require a separate voter approval election.

Both sections become effective upon the governing body of Little Falls and its chief clerical officer complying with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
