Amends Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 150A.055 to authorize licensed dentists to administer COVID-19 vaccines in addition to influenza vaccinations, with the COVID-19 authority expiring June 1, 2022.

Lowers the minimum eligible patient age from 19 to 16 years old for vaccine administration by dentists.

Requires qualified dentists to complete an approved educational program on vaccine administration covering disease information, contraindications, intramuscular injection, risk communication, adverse event reporting, federal documentation requirements, and vaccine storage and handling.

Mandates dentists comply with federal Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices guidelines for vaccine storage, handling, administration, documentation, and contraindications.

Requires dentists to report vaccine administration to the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection or notify the patient's primary physician or clinic.
