Members of standing committees and subcommittees of the Minnesota Senate, and their employees, may be reimbursed for attendance at meetings and seminars during the 2022 session of the 92nd Legislature upon approval by the Committee on Rules and Administration or its chair.

Eligible meetings and seminars include those of the National Conference of State Legislatures and the Council of State Governments and their committees, provided the topics fall within the standing committee or subcommittee's jurisdiction.

Expenses for attending these meetings and seminars must be paid by the Secretary of the Senate using warrants drawn from the Senate legislative expense fund.
