Appropriates $637,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to the City of Aurora for capital improvements to the community center facility.

Community center facility also serves as a COVID-19 testing and vaccination site and an emergency shelter.

Covers major capital projects including window preservation or replacement, roofing, mechanical or electrical systems, utility infrastructure, safety systems, site renovations, energy conservation, and accessibility improvements.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $637,000 to fund the appropriation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
