$15,000,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2022 to the commissioner of public safety from the general fund for transfer to the disaster assistance contingency account.

$1,595,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2022 from the general fund to the Minnesota Zoological Board to supplement a previous 2019 appropriation, available until June 30, 2024.

$5,440,000 total appropriated in fiscal year 2022 to the commissioner of public safety from the general fund and trunk highway fund for civil unrest response costs: $59,000 for Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement, $299,000 for Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, $2,700,000 for Capitol Security, and $2,382,000 from the trunk highway fund for highway patrolling.

$2,585,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2022 from the general fund to the commissioner of natural resources for civil unrest response costs, and the state parking account is waived from making its required general fund transfer for fiscal year 2022.
