Appropriates $59.3 million (FY2022) and $59.4 million (FY2023) to the Department of Agriculture for operations including protection services, agricultural marketing and development, agriculture research and innovation, and administration.

Appropriates $5.98 million (FY2022) and $6.08 million (FY2023) to the Board of Animal Health for agricultural emergency preparedness and current service level maintenance.

Appropriates $4.54 million (FY2022) and $4.04 million (FY2023) to the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute, including funding for a meat scientist position and grants for a mobile slaughter unit.

Creates a dairy development and profitability enhancement program with dairy profitability enhancement teams and business planning grants of up to $5,000 per producer to support dairy farm financial success.

Appropriates $350,000 annually to the Department of Employment and Economic Development for the Office of Broadband Development.
