Appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2023 to the commissioner of health for Tribal public health grants for infrastructure projects defined by Tribal governments.

Appropriates $6,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $6,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 to the commissioner of health for distribution to community health boards and Tribal governments to support compliance with national public health standards.

Appropriates $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2023 to the commissioner of health to assess public health system capacity and oversee public health system improvement efforts.
