Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256L.04, subdivision 10 to make undocumented noncitizens eligible for MinnesotaCare coverage.

Defines undocumented noncitizens as individuals who reside in the United States without approval or acquiescence of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Maintains eligibility for citizens, nationals, and lawfully present noncitizens as defined in federal regulations.

Expands MinnesotaCare eligibility to include undocumented noncitizens with incomes at or below 200 percent of federal poverty guidelines.

Effective date is January 1, 2024.
