MN HF1226

Prohibits state agencies and political subdivisions from adopting or enforcing vaccine requirements or proof of vaccination against communicable diseases, except as specified in existing statutes and rules.

Prohibits businesses operating in Minnesota from requiring vaccination or proof of vaccination for individuals to enter, work, provide services, or receive services at the business.

Exempts vaccine requirements established in Minnesota Statutes sections 121A.15 and 135A.14, and Minnesota Rules chapter 4604 from the prohibition.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
