Strikes obsolete language from Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 122A.07, subdivision 4a, relating to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board administration.

Removes the requirement that the Department of Education provide suitable offices and other space to the board at reasonable cost until January 1, 2020.

Clarifies that after the January 1, 2020 deadline has passed, the board may contract with either the Department of Education or the Department of Administration for office space, conference facilities, and examination rooms.

Maintains provisions requiring the executive director to serve as chief administrative officer, maintain board records, account for fees, and supervise employees.

Retains the requirement that the Department of Administration provide administrative support to the board in accordance with applicable statute.
